Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced Operational Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up operational projects related to the launch of new products, product lifecycle management, and special operational projects. You will also prepare business cases for assigned projects and propose priority settings based on financial parameters and risk to the business.
Main Responsibilities:
* Set up operational projects related to product launches, product lifecycles, and special projects like cost improvement initiatives.
* Prepare business cases for assigned projects and propose priority settings based on financial parameters and risk.
* Manage multidisciplinary project teams within defined scope, timelines, budget, and quality frameworks.
* Monitor and adjust project scope, timelines, and budgets as needed.
* Ensure clear communication with all departments and stakeholders.
* Lead trouble-shooting projects to maintain supply continuity.
* Define internal strategies for commercial products in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Requirements:
* Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Engineering.
* Master's degree in Project Management.
* High English proficiency level.
* At least 6 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the pharmacy industry.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Availability for travel (up to 10% per year).
