Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Account Manager with a proven background in managing affiliate campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience, preferably within the dating or adult industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Affiliate Program: Oversee and manage the affiliate program, focusing on increasing revenue and gross profit across your portfolio of affiliate program customers. Ensure client retention through strong relationship management.
* Data-Driven Analysis: Leverage strong data analytics skills to monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance. Regularly analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive insights and inform strategic decisions.
* Forecasting & Planning: Create and execute a detailed forecast and development plan for each account. Collaborate with the team to ensure actions on the development plan are completed and forecasted results are achieved.
* Media Buying Support: Collaborate with the media buying team, providing analytical insights to enhance media buying strategies. Experience in media buying is a plus.
* Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends by actively seeking out new knowledge and learning opportunities. Apply new insights and skills to improve processes and campaign outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience managing affiliate campaigns, preferably in the dating or adult industry, with a successful track record.
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Daily monitoring and optimization of KPIs are crucial aspects of the role.
* Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and client retention.
* Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to present insights and strategies clearly to stakeholders.
* Proactive & Positive Attitude: Must be a proactive team player with a positive outlook, capable of handling pressure and staying goal-oriented.
* Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a focus on achieving high-quality results.
* Location Requirement: Barcelona-Based. This position requires candidates to reside in Barcelona, as we follow a hybrid work model with a '3 days in the office' policy.
* Travel Requirement: Flexibility to Travel. As part of the affiliate team, you will have the opportunity to attend conferences and events globally. Candidates must be available and willing to travel for work when needed.
Preferred
* Language Skills: Fluent English is a must. Russian native or bilingual is a plus.
