Your mission:
In this role, you will be a member of our Consumer Insights team on Snacks, working closely with Marketing, Revenue, and Dx teams to lead insights, support brand growth, and drive creative and innovation excellence.
Responsibilities
Your day to day with us:
* BRAND STRATEGY & GROWTH PLANNING:
o Lead definition of the Marketing Insights learning agenda for the year.
o Play a leading role in annual brand planning, working cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery of SWOT, penetration targets & barriers, HJTBDs, and equity tracking (BBE).
o Support GN with a special focus on Proposition, Reach, and Resonance.
o Utilize Kantar expertise to put penetration at the center of strategy.
* CREATIVE STRATEGY & EXECUTION EXCELLENCE:
o Co-lead efforts to ‘raise the bar’ in Creative Excellence, partnering effectively with brand teams from front-end insights to final executional content.
o Utilize influencing skills to change ways of working, starting conversations earlier to optimize creative processes.
o Understand how & when to engage with creative agencies, presenting where important and upskilling others in insights tools & capabilities.
o Know what creative excellence ‘looks like’, experienced in combining ‘art with science’ across qual, culture, and quant.
o Capable of closing the loop post-launch, helping to understand performance metrics such as campaign KPIs and equity tracking.
* INNOVATION STRATEGY & EXECUTION: Lead/support ideation and development (product, LTO & Flavour) for brands, partnering with Marketing and cross-functional/matrix teams (e.g., R&D, Commercialization, Global).
Qualifications
What will you need to succeed?
* Highly competent project manager, able to define, prioritize, and navigate a broad and high-profile workload.
* Expertise in Marketing Insights, Brand Strategy, and Creative/Innovation Excellence, experienced in defining growth strategies and executing them as a strategic partner.
* Passionate about Human-Centricity, Purposeful brands, and Creative/Innovation.
* Excellence with a high level of training in Tools/Capabilities to ensure brands ‘raise the bar’.
* Methodological expertise, excellent at setting up and running Quant and Qual/Culture Studies.
* At least a basic understanding of business intelligence, analytics, and continuous data, with good understanding of Kantar and penetration.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish.
