Account Manager for the Spanish Market
We are looking for an Account Manager in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team to act as a consultant with existing customers and increase client satisfaction. You will be in charge of retaining a specific portfolio of clients, creating long-term relationships with them, understanding their processes and problems, and detecting product improvements and upsell opportunities.
What will you be doing:
* Build strong client relationships and understand their requirements through regular video calls to create engagement and provide them with product updates.
* Be the go-to person for anything and everything related to the client's experience.
* Identify upsell opportunities to ensure the satisfaction of the clients and to add more value to their company.
* Analyze proactively your portfolio to make decisions and create an action plan for each company you are dealing with.
* Recognize and proactively report trends, potential weaknesses, and help find the best solution to improve customers’ journeys and our product.
* You will work hand in hand with other teams (Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, Finance) to achieve Factorial's goals.
Your Profile:
* You have Strategic Analytical Abilities and Exemplary Organizational Skills.
* You are tech-savvy.
* You have experience managing customer portfolios (B2B) for a minimum of 1 year.
* Experience with the SaaS environment is a plus.
* You have excellent communication skills and empathy.
* You are good at multitasking, problem-solving, and are a great team worker.
* You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
* You have previous experience dealing with churn cases.
* You have experience with upselling.
* You have worked through KPI.
* Proficient level of Spanish is required & professional English.
