To manage Treasury to optimize cash, securing short-term financial capabilities and effectively managing financial risks to mitigate exposures in alignment with corporate guidelines.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
* Secure financial capabilities with a focus on working capital facilities.
* Identify local Financial Risks (e.g. FX, interest rates or commodities) and coordinate hedging activities with Corporate Treasury.
* Manage relationships and negotiations with domestic banks.
* Prepare and oversee short-term treasury forecasts with a focus on cash optimization.
* Provide the treasury-reporting package in a timely fashion.
* Regulatory follow-up and compliance (Banking, J-SOX, etc.).
* Review and streamline processes and procedures.
* Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
* Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
* Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
* Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Academic background: Bachelor’s degree, mainly in economics, business administration, or actuarial science.
Languages: Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken & written).
Experience: Minimum 4 or 5 years in treasury departments.
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
Additional training: Knowledge of economics, business administration, finance, TMS or treasury applications would be of additional value.
