Your role in the team
As a Service Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our end users – the employees of our customers – and support them with any questions or issues related to their devices.
Your responsibilities
* Serving as the primary contact for employees of our customers when they need assistance with their devices.
* Responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels and handling incoming support tickets.
* Understanding customer challenges, offering solutions, and initiating necessary steps for improvement.
* Managing customer expectations, providing information on internal policies, and sharing customer-specific details.
* Collaborating with internal teams to address operational challenges and enhance service delivery.
* Increasing customer satisfaction and retention by gathering and analyzing customer feedback.
* Advising and assisting customers throughout their entire engagement with our service.
What we expect from you
* Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
* Proficiency in common software applications and a willingness to learn new tools.
* A proactive approach to identifying issues and developing solutions to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
* The ability to understand customer needs, build strong relationships, and maintain high service quality.
* Spanish (or other) language skills would be a plus.
