In the position of Ecommerce/Customer Service Executive B2C, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding experiences with an efficient team and relaying insights from consumer interactions. Your contribution will be key to becoming a data-driven organization and developing a continuous improvement culture.
Functions:
* Support Consumer Care Operations order to cash process
* Support Consumer Care Experience team (brands, products, promotions, general requests…)
* Lead Consumer Care projects coordination
Requirements:
* University Degree
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
* Fluent in English & Spanish
* Skills: SAP, OTC processes, Excel (advanced)
