The Role
We are seeking talented individuals to join our Sales - Talent Pool for the position of Partnership Manager in France, Italy, UK, Germany, and Spain.
Responsibilities
* Manage the full sales cycle, from resourcing new potential collaborations to managing key accounts and reporting on campaign performance.
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with partners in the FMCG industry.
* Identify and qualify prospects and decision-makers in targeted companies to detect short-mid-long term opportunities.
* Manage your sales pipeline efficiently using Pipedrive CRM.
* Up-sell premium services by identifying challenges that our prospective customers face and discover the best solutions for their business.
* Provide market insights and social media advice to brands about their campaign performance.
* Attend visits to food fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings throughout Europe.
Requirements
* You speak French, English, German, Italian or Spanish at a close to native level and a professional level of English.
* You have 3-5 years of previous Sales experience, ranging from Business Development to Account Management or related.
* You have excellent communication and negotiating skills.
* You are goal-oriented and enthusiastic.
* You are a strategic professional with an analytical mindset.
* You're organized and work well in a team.
* You enjoy presenting and are able to express yourself both face-to-face as well as through other mediums of communication.
* You are passionate about the food industry.
* You are eager to prove yourself and your entrepreneurial mindset in an exciting and challenging project.
