The primary purpose of this role is to help develop International Claims Operations and Systems work associated with claims growth, transformation, daily operations support and the many other various topic areas requiring analysis, documentation and process.
The Business Analyst role will be dedicated to supporting the Claims organisation and its various Claims Transformation projects.
Key Accountabilities:

2. Proven Insurance Claims experience as a Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert in multiple lines of business across Technology and Process.
3. Ability to write Business Cases and develop metrics to demonstrate benefits.
4. Work and collaborate with a team of experts to research, create and implement Claims Initiatives that deliver tangible value to Everest.
5. Ensure continuous service improvements through review of industry and technology trends.
6. Lead critical initiatives that will facilitate successful initiation, delivery and implementation.
7. Support leading the associated cultural change piece, helping to create an empowered, disciplined, engaged and high performing teams utilising the full range of tools available.
8. Manage and resolve risks, issues and cross Divisional dependencies raised by the Claims Teams.
9. Work with the International Claims COO and Claims Leadership Teams to challenge plans and outcomes where relevant.
10. Champion best practices and optimal system utilisation in support of best practice.

2. Experience of working across multiple workstreams.
3. Strong understanding of Claims (process and technology).
4. Ability to gather, shape and articulate requirements for the Programme.
5. Develop and facilitate the improvement of Claims operational processes throughout the claim lifecycle, including interfaces and interdependencies with underwriting and stakeholders.
Exceptional communication skills, Stakeholder Management:
1. Demonstrable experience of working on a Major Technology / Digital / Claims Transformation Programme.
2. Ensure the creation and production of relevant, timely and accurate data / analytics and reporting.
3. Acting as a liaison between the business and its Information Technology Department and between the business and its clients.
4. Lead workshops to deep-dive into areas of complexity to achieve a universal understanding between Stakeholders.
5. Ideally proven Project Manager with appropriate qualifications to ensuring projects stay within budget, target spend requirements and timelines.
Candidate Profile
Skills & Abilities:
1. Extensive knowledge of developing and implementing Insurance Claims process and technology solutions.
2. Strong knowledge of Claims processes and technology; will preferably have a long-term background in claim management.
3. Execution focused with Program / Project management experience and skills, ideally qualified in Agile / Project Management methodology.
4. Strategic thinker, innovative and solution-oriented.
5. Familiarity with emerging Insurance trends and their application in the Industry.
6. Exceptional oral and written communication, with the ability to provide concise executive summaries to senior management.
7. Highly collaborative and able to work effectively across the organisation as well as with external stakeholders.
8. Ability to adapt and embrace change, solutions driven.
9. Tenacity and decisiveness, with the courage to take risks.
10. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrates respect for the opinions of others.
11. Comfortable with working with virtual teams and be able to influence people without direct line management.
Professional qualifications and experience:
1. Demonstrable extensive experience in Claims Processes & Technology in a P&C insurance environment, preferably in multiple geographies.
2. A degree educated professional.
3. Demonstrable experience in progressive Claim solutions.
4. Qualified Project / Agile certification.
