Mission
Responsible for assembling data, analyzing performance, identifying plan deviations, improvement opportunities and potential risks, and developing recommendations which support Purchasing, Supply Chain and Operations for the Group.
Functions
* Maintain and coordinate inventory levels in all sites accordingly with group strategy.
* Definition and implementation of planning parameters (Lead time, TU, MOQ and Safety Stocks).
* Be a part of the team to work out inventory management strategies; document and promote best practices, change management, in a fast-paced working environment.
* Ownership and management of purchasing & supply chain Master Data related.
* Analyze and define contingency programs for suppliers / critical materials.
* Proactively monitor and manage key performance indicators and execute root cause analysis.
* Optimizes Group supply and provides communication to the rest of the organization.
* Participates / leads projects related to supply chain & purchasing areas.
* Performs complex analysis of information, problems, or data under limited supervision. Develops recommendations to be reviewed with Operations/Purchasing Managers.
* Assemble data, analyze performance, identify problems and develop recommendations with support Supply Chain and Operations.
* Identify import and export issues, develop solutions and provide guidance to management on resolving issues.
* Develops annual inventory plans to ensure service and efficiency in costs.
* Develops annual RM forecasting and monthly update aligned with sales demand.
* Reporting (AOP, COGs Bridge, PPV, PPP, Contract balance).
* RM COG & Benchmark/RFQ process global.
* RM global pricing (design cost book updates, impact and deviation analysis).
Requirements
Requirements
* Engineering degree in Business Management, Industrial or Chemical.
* Master’s in supply chain management recommended.
* 2 years of experience in Operations, preferably in Supply Chain & Purchasing Planner.
* Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
Knowledge of SAP (PP and MM modules), SAP IBP, and MRP.
