The Opportunity
PUIG is looking for a customer-obsessed, creative and data-driven CRM Manager for its Global CRM & Digital Team. Our ideal candidate has a clear understanding of how to leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data in order to deliver relevant marketing programs through multiple communication channels with a vision of growing consumer loyalty and increasing their lifetime value to the business.
This is a global role that will be an integral part of the overall strategic direct-to-consumer business, shaping how PUIG expands its footprint with consumers globally through our Brands & Markets.
What you'll get to do
• Building the Puig CRM strategy & vision and setting up main goals. Defining and executing the roadmap to implement the defined strategy.
• Defining and sharing guidelines for CRM consumer acquisition, retention and driving loyalty. Owner of the CRM Consumer Journeys Library, and cross-polinate across different brands.
• Partner with Brands and Markets’ teams to test, launch and optimize omnichannel campaigns across the consumer lifecycle and within multiple channels including email, sms and whatsapp.
• Support and maintenance of the Global CDP implementation project, from a business perspective, coordinating all teams involved (internal & external).
• Ensures compliance of all CRM activities with local rules and regulations.
• Business Owner of the CRM Ecosystem: enable teams with trainings & support for all corporate CRM technologies.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics on consumer behavior (purchase, demographics...) and deployed CRM campaigns (email performance and others).
• Track and share CRM trends, insights and recommendations for meaningful innovations and enhancements on CRM campaigns.
We'd love to meet you if you have
• 4-6+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing & CRM, ideally in a similar industry.
• Clear customer-centric vision & excellent project management skills. Process-focused approach to effectively execute multiple responsibilities and deliverables.
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing tools, ESP and/or CDP preferably Bloomreach (would be a big advantage).
• Analytical skills. Proven ability in synthesizing and analyzing data, to extract actionable consumer insights and turn them into successful marketing strategies.
• Cross-functional collaboration. Strong team player with ability to build relationships with teammates in other functions or remote offices and leverage input from across the organization.
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box to create new best-in-class customer experiences.
• Strong presentation-building, storytelling capabilities and excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
• Fluent English is essential (Spanish would be a big advantage).
