The Opportunity
We are looking for an E-Commerce Merchandising Graduate to join the international digital team for Carolina Herrera based in Barcelona. Reporting to the E-Merchandising Manager, you will support the online merchandising teams with ongoing content contribution for the website.
What you'll get to do
1. Support the online merchandising team with the seasonal trading calendar strategy focusing on new categories/landing pages according to the strategy.
2. Catalog maintenance according to seasonal calendars: upload & maintain products, price list, and stock. Ensure digital congruency across regions and optimal digital assortment.
3. Assist in the preparation of sales, stock, and other site analysis reports.
4. Help coordinate Ecommerce/CRM shooting across all categories: makeup, fragrances, and fashion.
5. Partner with Media & PR TEAM, copy, studio, and retouching teams to manage a constant flow of correct content.
We'd love to meet you if you have
1. 1-2 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital, or a related field.
2. Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and digital marketing concepts.
5. Able to demonstrate commercial aptitude and a pragmatic approach to working.
6. Strong analytical/numerical skills, ability to work with Excel.
7. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Interest in the beauty, fashion, and luxury retail industry.
9. Experience with Photoshop is a plus.
