This is where you come in.Your Mission Acting as the founder’s primary thought‐partner and execution arm, you will:Quickly triage inbound demands, transform chaos into structured plans, and make sure nothing mission‐critical slips through the cracksStand‐up new workstreams (e.g., hiring engine, supply‐chain ops, facility moves) from zero to stable, then hand them over to domain experts once repeatability is proven.Create leverage across the company by applying best practices, aligning teams, and accelerating decision velocity.This role is ideal for a builder‐operator who thrives on making order out of ambiguity and who measures success in multiplied impact rather than personal spotlight.What You’ll Be Driving I. Founders Leverage & Strategic ProjectsServe as gatekeeper, prioritiser and sounding board.Translate loosely defined ideas into structured, time‐boxed projects with clear owners and success metrics.Prepare board materials, investor updates and strategic narratives that reflect real‐time progress.II. Hiring & Talent OperationsDesign and run a fast, data‐driven hiring funnel for engineering, supply‐chain, manufacturing and business teams.Implement onboarding playbooks that compress ramp‐up time and embed cultural values from day one.III. Supply Chain & Operational ExcellenceStand up the initial supply‐chain functions: source suppliers, negotiate terms, and define quality KPIs.Identify and unblock operational bottlenecks, factory layout, inventory turns, shipping lead times, and drive cross‐functional fixes.Capture learnings, then transition steady‐state ownership to a dedicated team.IV.
