The primary focus will be on building long-term relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing the conversion of leads into active customers.ResponsibilitiesManage, develop, and strengthen relationships with key clients in the FMCG industry.Identify and close business opportunities to expand Crevel’s market presence.Negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.Work closely with internal teams (logistics, marketing, and product management) to ensure efficient execution of customer agreements.Expand the professional network and generate leads that translate into new business opportunities.Monitor sales performance and customer conversion rates, ensuring achievement of commercial targets.Requirements3-4 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in FMCG or food distribution.Knowledge of the retail and food service landscape in Spain.Experiencie in dealing with international markets and customers.Existing network of industry contacts (preferred).Fluency in Spanish and English.
