Job Summary
This position will be responsible for leading digital sales business development and driving effective growth strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with the global team to manage business cases, develop timelines, and assist in achieving revenue targets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Becoming a subject matter expert on the current environment, process flow & design, and optimizing it for revenue growth, process improvements, and customer experience.
* Creating marketing and sales strategies to grow conversion at digital touch points in customer support.
* Working with PC and Print organizations to help define revenue-generating opportunities and deployment strategy and timing.
* Supporting regional operations business plans to meet targets, budgets, cost plans, and customer experience objectives.
* Identifying inhibitors and solutions to improve performance through regional contact centers and partners.
Key Requirements:
* Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
* Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units, and with global projects, or a related field.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
