B2C Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a highly skilled and multilingual customer service representative to join our team at Revelst.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in both German and English, embodying our commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
* Assist customers in resolving inquiries, issues, and providing information about our motocross and mountain biking gear, apparel, and outerwear products, showcasing your passion for our brand.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions.
* Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer database.
* Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
* Identify and report customer feedback and trends to help improve our products and services.
Requirements:
* Ability to adapt quickly to change and be flexible in a dynamic business environment.
* Fluency in German (verbal and written) is essential, as it allows you to connect with our diverse global customer base.
* English is the company's language of communication and is essential for this role.
* Spanish is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
