An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Global Strategy, Governance and Risk Team. This area is responsible of defining state of the art information security policies, standards, guidelines, processes and templates for DEKRA Group, aligned with DEKRA business strategy and under consideration of relevant regulatory requirements such as TISAX or ISO 27001.
Main tasks for this new opportunity:
* Assist in the management and reviewing of Information Security documentation.
* Participate in maintenance of business process documentation.
* Attend meetings of the Information Security Group and support Awareness Team with enough topics to ensure that employees are properly trained and support Enforcement Team with materials to go thought audits, gaps analysis.
* Develop and maintain the Information Security Employee Platform within Governance scope (Management of the central policy documentation library)
* Creation and provisioning of process templates, evidence documentation forms to accelerate and support ISMS implementation on global, regional and local level Support to RISO, LISO and Managers who have to implement DEKRA policies in their area of responsibilityAssist in the management of recorded incidents using the risk management system (GRC tool) and follow-up recommendations/action as and when required.
Qualifications:
* To be considered for this role you must be qualified to bachelor’s degree level in information security or have equivalent demonstrable skills knowledge and experience.
* 4 Years of required experience.
* Information Security Experience focused in Governance and Risk, at least 2 years.
* Skills required to succeed in this position.
* Good knowledge and understanding of security policies, audits, governance, and risk compliance frameworks including industry and security best practices.
* Project Management experienceGood knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications (Sharepoint, Teams, Word, Excel,..)
* Active Listening and good communicationskills
* Work independently and prioritize multipletasks.
* Ease of adapting to changes as needed.
* Remain calm under high pressure/difficult situations.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Strong written and verbal Spanish and English language skills.
* Fluent written and verbal German language skills.
* Available to travel internationally.
* Occasional business travel possible.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience in related industries.
* Experience working a specific technology that would be a niceto have.
* Experience in a specific sector that could be an asset.
* Fluency in another language that would be a plus.
