Business Development Opportunity in the Spanish Market

Responsibilities:
1. Retain and profitably grow existing customers.
2. Generate new business with existing and new customers within markets under responsibility.
3. Manage customer profitability to achieve assigned profitability targets.
4. Implement price movements to sustain targeted margins.
5. Prepare and present product and company presentations to customers and prospects.
6. Manage customer claims in collaboration with quality and commercial departments.
7. Ensure customer satisfaction in collaboration with necessary departments.
8. Attend price requests and tender/RFP processes for assigned accounts.
9. Manage contract and SLA processes with the Commercial team.
10. Generate and maintain effective reporting according to BU sales reporting policy.
11. Regularly update the CRM tool and business pipeline.
12. Provide forecasts and budgets for the business.
13. Maintain market knowledge and update corresponding databases regularly.
14. Gather and assess market feedback regarding news and competitor activities.
15. Leverage Commercial Excellence capabilities, tools, and processes.
16. Channel ideas for product and service innovation.
17. Support the NPD process by proposing new products and innovations.
18. Participate in courses, training, and other forms of professional development.
19. Assist and replace other employees in the department when needed.
