This regional role is working closely with the CFO Europe and LAC, regional director of performance management, regional multifunctional team (Strategy, RGM, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, Marketing) as well as the Cluster Finance teams and BES/COE in creating a growth agenda and ROI culture to deliver on our B10.
You will be reporting to the Director of Performance Management Europe and LAC.
Drive our B10 strategies across the brands, markets and BMCs though driving performance across the portfolio.
* Outstanding and proactive financial leadership through being a fully integrated team player and business partner.
* Provide support for planning reporting, and analysis for the region.
* Support in driving a performance culture across markets and clusters, enable self-service reports/dashboards across all P&L lines in monthly managerial meetings. Deep dive into shares, pricing, mix and structure investment to create actionable insights to drive value.
* Providing support to create scenario models in an agile world that ensures a good level of preparedness to address changes ahead.
* Work on growth plans, build strong business cases for regional projects.
* External focus and providing insights on P&L vs competition to evaluate our strategy versus competition and understanding what the implications could be for differences, working closely with cross functional teams like RGM and marketing.
* Support to provide key insights and analysis for full P&L to the channel and customer level.
* Coordinate with Global Controlling quarterly commentary for Volume, NSV, A&P and Structure Costs.
* Enable cluster and market teams by driving efficiencies in reporting.
* Support collaboration with all Regional functions to provide insights, analysis or ad hoc reporting.
* Actively Participate in Performance Management network and drive efficiencies in process, simplification, sharing and reapplying best practices.
* Networks to drive efficiencies in process, simplification, sharing and reapplying of best practice.
* Ensure adequacy of controls, strong stewardship tone from the top and compliance.
* Drive best processes across the countries / region to generate scale.
