Job Description
Responsible for greeting clients and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. Addressing client's enquiries and needs, providing a warm and welcoming environment to clients. The Welcome Host will also be responsible for the management of client's appointment for the boutique.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or luxury retail industries
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Possess good problem solving and exceptional prioritising skills
4. Well-groomed and possesses a can-do attitude
