Is responsible for supervising the supply chain: raw materials and finish goods warehouses, planning, purchasing and procurement to achieve the objectives set by the company. Ensure material flow in the plants to guarantee production and delivery of client orders.
Ensure that the activities are performed in accordance with internal procedures cGMP and Sandoz Quality Manual.
Ensure close cooperation with the BU-SCM function.
Is responsible for the implementation of and compliance to the principles and practices of the Sandoz Manufacturing Manual at the site.
As appropriate, responsible for implementation of, compliance to and governance of practices specifically prescribed to this role by the Sandoz Manufacturing Manual.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensure physical order fulfilment process in terms of correct priority settings for due dates and quantities.
* Support production and quality control and executions of the supply process.
* Ensure compliance of cGMP, Sandoz Quality and Data Integrity module in the supply process of raw and packaging materials.
* Formulate and standardize the logistics procedures in line with cGMP and Sandoz Modules, monitor and ensure a good implementation.
* Ensure physical warehousing and material flow within the plant as well as the shipment of goods to the indicated partners according to instructions and regulations.
* Ensure physical warehousing and material flow to guarantee production planned and shipment of goods according to requirements and regulations minimizing Cash Flow impact.
* Maintain close liaison with production processes and personnel in order to ensure raw material requirements plans are realistic and achievable.
* Ensure timely and accurate preparation of capacity production plans and delivery schedules coordinated with Production, which satisfy the demands of Global Supply Chain.
* Ensure effective production plan is in place guarantying delivery of orders and optimizing costs.
* Drive in coordination with Procurement local purchasing savings and improvement programs.
* Ensure that raw materials and indirect product and services are in place to maintain production demands in a timely and cost effective manner.
* Develop production planning and inventory plans to have the products required according to sales forecast ready on time.
* Ensure the timely and accurate generation and reporting of Inventory, to satisfy Global Supply Chain Management demands.
* Deliver inventory reductions driving stock turns to lowest sustainable level coordinated with BUAIs requirements.
* Ensure the coordination with Supply Chain BUAIs.
* Ensure NFCM compliance with appropriate documented controls.
* QA Compliance (Deviations, Vendor Complaints and Returns, Sales/Returns processes).
* Coordinate together with Finance and Quality follow up on obsolete materials and actions.
* IGM (Information Governance & Management) Coordinator of Supply Chain.
Responsible for the overall management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific systems projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, departmental requirements and specific goals.
* Responsible as Single Point of Contact for all Shape matters related with business processes development and system enhancements.
* Comply with and enforce the Code of conduct and other Integrity Regulations operating in the Company and perform the on-line/Classroom training convened at all times.
* Comply and ensure compliance with the regulations and procedures of Health, Safety and Environment, established by Company, and actively perform the planned OPS.
* Periodic reports: Responsible for the monthly statistical reports on service levels and inventories.
* Role model a leadership style which is inclusive, proactive, respectful, change agile, innovation/creativity and results driven with a strong customer focus.
* She/he will also build and develop talent, and drive a continuous improvement mindset and ensure a learning organization.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Higher qualification in Industrial Engineering, preferable and MBA. Advanced knowledge in SAP/APO.
* Good command of languages: Spanish, English and 3rd language preferred.
* Production in the multinational pharmaceutical industry. Experience in logistics and supply chain activities. Experience in the implementation, optimisation and use of distribution and manufacturing modules. Minimum 5 years in a similar post.
