Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a seasoned HR Generalist to work on a temporary assignment based out of our Barcelona office. Reporting directly to the Director, HR Europe, this is a varied role encompassing all subject matters within HR.
What will you be doing?
This is a varied fast-paced role, and you will be working closely with other team members as well as autonomously to:
* Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to managers and employees.
* Oversee and manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
* Support talent acquisition by collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.
* Lead onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
* Manage and administer employee benefits, compensation programs, and leave policies.
* Partner with leadership to develop and implement performance management programs.
* Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and regulations.
* Assist in the development and execution of HR initiatives that support organizational goals.
* Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics, such as workplace policies, diversity, and inclusion.
* Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce planning and development.
* Lead or support HR projects related to organizational change, culture initiatives, and employee engagement.
Who are You?
Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar generalist role, working within a manufacturing environment (preferred). You should be educated to degree level and be fluent in both Spanish and English.
