Play to Win Behaviors
Play to Win is our corporate strategy, a concept that aligns our way of working and shows us a clearer vision when it comes to achieving objectives and is based on four behaviors:
* Stretch: I try new things, even if it feels uncomfortable. I take calculated risks.
* Take action: I focus on what is important now and follow up on what can be improved.
* Act for patients & customers: I strive to free up time and/or budget that can be reinvested in our pipeline. I make sure what we do is in direct support of our science, strategy, market, patients, and/or customers.
* Think Sanofi first: I seek what is best for Sanofi rather than best for myself or my team/function/GBU and dare to challenge my boss and my team if I feel we don’t.
Better is out there. Better medications, better outcomes, better science. But progress doesn’t happen without people – people from different backgrounds, in different locations, doing different roles, all united by one thing: a desire to make miracles happen. So, let’s be those people.
At Sanofi, we provide equal opportunities to all regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, ability, or gender identity.
