Job Responsibilities:
* Development and execution of the instore and online visibility strategy for all Brands (De’Longhi, Braun, Kenwood, and Nutribullet).
* Merchandising, promoters, and training plan organization.
* Management of fairs, events, and conventions.
* Ensuring quality and visibility at POS.
* Budget planning, responsibility, and controlling.
He / She will be responsible for:
* Managing the merchandiser and promoter budget, BTL budget for customer activation online and offline.
* Overall budget management and cost estimation/invoice processes.
* Training and promoter plans, including analysis and follow-up, creation, execution, and control of plans in coordination with the team and agencies.
* Shop display and in-store communication topics, including development and distribution of in-store execution materials.
* Design, creation, production, and rollout of all in-store communication materials, including shop displays & SIS.
* Innovation regarding shop displays, POS materials, digital POS, and digital tools/databases to steer assigned field on KPIs.
* Management of shop displays, including dismantling, repair, and warehousing.
* Reporting and analysis of key KPIs.
* Direct contact for external agencies, trade partners, KAM, and sales.
* Processing sales requests.
* Development of assigned area, including external agency landscape.
* Development of new ideas in the field of trade marketing.
* Continuous updating of inefficient processes and cost structures.
* Competitor and market sensing to identify new potentials.
* Shop visits related to Perfect Store coordination with sales.
* Product presentation to key retailers.
* Organizing and leading events in-store, fairs, and exhibitions, including special events like Coffee Fest and Coffee Forum.
Job Profile
Education: University Degree in Business Studies, Economics, Marketing & Communication, MBA.
Languages: Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Experience:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
* Experience in marketing or trade marketing roles in FMCG, household appliance, or electronic consumer goods markets.
* Ideally, experience in a multinational company or extensive work with multinationals.
