These contracted services mainly involve supply and sustainability services but might require support of efficiency services, as well.You will play a key role in facilitating the successful onboarding of new clients, collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders for successful service delivery. You will be the key contact person who receives the client queries and try to resolve with the help of functional teams.You will provide client trainings on how to effectively navigate and utilize Schneider Electric's cloud-based energy and sustainability platform.You will actively engage in planning and managing the energy procurement program with the clients, addressing and resolving inquiries. You will manage energy procurement activities, communicate and validate Request for Quotation Documents with the customers, present Strategic Sourcing Recommendations and discuss further tendering steps.You will work together with the client to deliver timely budget and reforecast reports based on the service level agreement. You will collect forecast volumes, and check the calculation method with the customer.
