About the Role This is a full-time position based in one of our US or international locations: Boise, Idaho, United States; Palo Alto, California, United States; Reading, Berkshire, United Kingdom; Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain; Spring, Texas, United States. The estimated salary for this role is $173,125 per year, which includes a base pay range of $146,650 to $234,600 annually, as well as opportunities for bonus and equity. Please note that compensation may vary based on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, and at least 10+ years of experience in CRM, customer loyalty, or retention marketing.
