Neuraxpharm is looking for a Head of Corporate Accounting with direct report to the CFO. You will be responsible for leading the administrative and accounting management, ensuring the financial consolidation of all Neuraxpharm’s affiliates, the standardization of processes, and compliance with international (IFRS) and local (Local GAAP) regulations.
Your major accountabilities:
* Administration and Financial Management
o Supervise and manage all administrative and accounting areas of the group’s head office.
o Coordinate the preparation and supervision of monthly and annual financial closings.
o Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations at the head office.
o Coordinate bank reconciliations, review debt and intercompany financial results at the corporate level.
o Coordinate and audit the execution of administrative processes in affiliates to ensure standardization and efficiency.
o Develop, update, and oversee the group’s accounting manual.
o Manage relationships with external and internal auditors and oversee group audits.
o Collaborate with the tax department in tax management, transfer pricing, and compliance.
* Ensure that all group affiliates follow the group accounting policies correctly.
* Supervise and execute the financial consolidation of all group affiliates at an international level.
* Prepare and validate consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
* Control eliminations and consolidation adjustments, ensuring the correct integration of affiliate data.
* Coordinate with CFOs and accounting teams in affiliates to ensure accurate and consistent consolidation.
* Implement automation and digitization processes in financial consolidation.
* Supervise and control financial reporting for the group, ensuring accurate presentation to management and shareholders.
1. Minimum Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position at the head office of a multinational company or 8 years of experience in a Big 4 in financial auditing (Previous experience in a Big 4 will be valued).
* Deep knowledge of financial consolidation, international accounting, and tax regulations.
* Advanced proficiency in consolidation and reporting tools.
* Experience in coordinating international affiliates and corporate reporting.
* Advanced English (mandatory); knowledge of other languages will be valued.
* Strong data analysis, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.
* Communication skills, indirect team management, and the ability to work in multicultural environments.
* Experience in the automation of consolidation and reporting processes.
* Knowledge of transfer pricing, international regulatory compliance, and group auditing.
* Experience in the implementation of IFRS in multinational companies.
* 10% availability to travel across group affiliates.
