We are looking for a Community Manager – an external professional role designed to support our projects while managing their own portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for managing and engaging the Instagram profile of one of our international clients: Cirque du Soleil. This is a great opportunity to join a challenging new project and contribute to developing the social community for the Cirque du Soleil Spanish fans.
The Community Manager will:
1. Contribute to and run the social media strategy to engage and build the Spanish IG community.
2. Create content to engage the IG community.
3. Collaborate within the Social, PR, and Marketing team to generate, schedule, and publish accurate and current content and editorial writing.
4. Align with the primary HQ strategy and find the ad-hoc roadmap for the Spanish market.
5. Monitor social media trends and develop tailored strategies following the Cirque du Soleil standards to help expand our social media presence.
6. Assist in meetings with other teams to increase engagement and develop platform-forward content and activities.
7. Respond to customers' comments and queries.
8. Leverage PR and Marketing initiatives on the IG account, engage with local brands, and enhance local partnerships with strong and impactful content on social media.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications:
1. Ideally 1 year of experience as a Community Manager in entertainment companies.
2. Excellent writing, grammar, and spelling skills.
3. Ability to create engaging social copies.
4. Basic editing and recording video/photos.
5. An excellent command of English and Spanish, both oral and written, is essential.
6. Independent, responsible, and highly organized.
7. Ability to work creatively in a demanding team environment.
8. Knowledge of metrics, tools, and digital reports.
