About the Role
* Selectra Austria helps customers find the best energy deals and switch contracts with our assistance.
* As an SEO Project Manager, you'll create and optimize on-site German-language content to drive lead generation for inbound sales calls.
* You’ll be part of an international content team of 13 specialists, all reporting to the Head of International SEO, Mélanie Ngoun.
Your mission
* Boost SEO Leads & Efficiency: Increase organic leads for stromliste.at & selectra.at while reducing acquisition costs.
* Develop & Execute Strategy: Audit existing content, create a full SEO strategy, and optimize sitemaps.
* Enhance Website Performance: Improve content ergonomics, rankings, and traffic through continuous SEO enhancements.
* Deliver Market Insights: Provide high-quality, up-to-date content on the Austrian energy market.
* Leverage SEO Tools: Use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs) to refine strategies.
* Collaborate Teams: Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive SEO success.

Profile
Essential skills required are:
* 2-4+ years SEO experience with a strong track record.
* Native German speaker (Spanish/French a plus).
* Skilled in Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
* Bonus: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Google Tag Manager.
* Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
* Experience with management (direct or cross-functional leadership).
