The Job
We are looking to hire a visionary COO to oversee our company’s operational processes, and to ensure a superb customer experience.
The COO will optimize our company's operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, and manage marketing initiatives. The COO will assist in compiling the company's budget, and employ strategies to safeguard assets and stock. You will compile financial reports, and control financial policies and procedures. This role is responsible for our entire worldwide organization and reports to the CEO.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for our worldwide organization. This includes all of our efforts:
* Translate the company vision and strategy into annual and quarterly plans
* Manage, persuade and influence the team to achieve company goals
* Deploy and execute on existing systems for planning and coordination across functions
* Supervise and guide the staff through execution of plans on a daily basis
* Lead planning, hiring and budget development efforts
* Logically develop plans to address anticipated and unforeseen business challenges
* Provide input to the Board of Directors and CEO regarding business strategy
* Deploy elements of the planning and operational playbooks we use, including EOS and other tools
* Level 4 customer services implementation and automation
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
* Senior-level track-record running high-velocity organizations, specifically in B2B Enterprise software experiencing very rapid growth
* Detail orientation with a focus on accountability and correctness
* Excellent leadership, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
* Data driven, analytical soft 5yrs working with the OKR Framework
