Responsibilities:
* You will lead the Quality Control team, manage work shifts, and oversee training needs.
* You will supervise quality activities and collaborate with production to resolve non-conformities, ensuring proper control execution and data recording.
* You will analyze key indicators (NC, Waste, FTBY, OEE, etc.) and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools (5S, SMED, Six Sigma, etc.).
* You will ensure proper documentation management (specifications, inspection certificates, SAP, etc.) and maintain measurement and testing equipment.
* You will prepare reports and statistical analyses while actively contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications:
* You will need a degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemistry.
* You will be required to have fluent English and advanced Office skills.
* You will bring experience in industrial environments.
* You will benefit from training in Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma.
* You will demonstrate key competencies: Communication, Teamwork, Results Orientation, Analytical Thinking, and Influence.
