We’re on the hunt for a Swedish-speaking Sales & Partnerships Specialist to join our international team in Barcelona. This role is a fun combo of B2B Sales and Account Management where you’ll be helping our venue providers (think bars, restaurants, hotels… you name it) shine on our platform, while also growing our network by bringing in new partners from all across Sweden.
This is an Intermediate-level role which means that we’re looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management – ideally in a B2B SaaS or Marketplace environment. For Entry-level talents we have a separate Junior-level opening.

Quick note : You must speak fluent Swedish (written & spoken) and be based in Barcelona (or ready to relocate quickly). And as we’re an international company, you'll need pretty good English skills too. Most parts of this recruitment process will be in English.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Sales from start to finish : Hunt down new venue partners in Sweden, reach out via email and phone, negotiate terms, and seal the deal. The whole process is yours to own.
* Onboarding & Partner Success : Help new partners craft killer listings, get their profiles looking sharp (yes, there's some content creation as well), and teach them how to squeeze the most out of Venuu.
* Product Demos & Training : Show venues how to maximize their reach and bookings – you're their go-to expert on how our platform works.
* Data-Driven Growth : Analyze how our partners are performing, schedule catch-ups, and offer strategies and real-life solutions to boost sales. Follow up with agreed next steps.
* Quality Checks : Make sure partners’ info is spot on, booking requests are answered fast and well, and everyone’s engaged and active.
* Upselling & Extra Value : Spot high-flyers and introduce them to Venuu's paid add-ons to help them grow even further.
* Collaboration : Work side-by-side with the Head of Swedish Operations (and the rest of Venuu's dynamic, international team) to keep our partner network buzzing.
Who We’re Looking For

* 2+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management, ideally in a B2B SaaS or Marketplace company.
* Fluent in Swedish (written & spoken) and comfortable using English. No Spanish or Catalan required.
* Proactive & self-driven : You don’t wait around – you take the lead, organize your tasks, and own your results.
* Confident communicator & negotiator : Whether it’s a cold call, a contract negotiation, or a partner check-in, you know how to handle conversations with ease.
* Data-savvy : You use data to spot opportunities, solve problems, and guide decisions.

What We Offer
* Contract : Permanent contract with full-time hours (40h / week) and a 6-month trial period.
* Salary : First year's fixed salary between 27,000-33,000€ gross / year (exact number depending on your experience). Later, you'll have annual reviews and yearly raise opportunities based on performance.
