The HRBP will be responsible for guiding the development of talent, fostering engagement, and driving organizational performance in alignment with the company's core values and business objectives.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, particularly in Iberian Sales, Marketing, and the Global Shared Service Center.
2. Provide expert HR advice on policies, employee relations, performance management, career progression, and organizational design.
3. Support leadership in managing change initiatives and developing strategies to ensure business success.
4. Collaborate with the HR Service Delivery team to manage operational employee matters and provide advice to business leaders.
Talent Development & Engagement:
1. Drive employee engagement and contribute to building a high-performing, inclusive organizational culture.
2. Lead the Talent Development and Engagement strategy, working closely with business units to ensure alignment.
3. Support ED&I initiatives and ensure the workplace fosters inclusivity, addressing non-inclusive behaviors and promoting fair practices in hiring, promotion, and compensation.
HR Process Optimization:
1. Contribute to the optimization of HR processes, policies, and initiatives that support business goals.
2. Advocate for continuous improvement within the HR function, ensuring the team provides effective support to business leaders and employees.
Candidate Profile:
Experience:
1. 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, agile environment, ideally with experience in startups, tech-driven, or hospitality sectors.
2. Solid HR foundation with a consultative approach, able to partner with leaders to understand and address business objectives.
Skills:
1. Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
2. Proactive, fast learner with a growth mindset.
3. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Data-driven with strong analytical abilities to measure HR initiatives and impact.
5. Experience with complex employee situations and providing guidance to diverse teams.
6. Knowledge of Spanish employment and labor law is a plus.
Language:
1. Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a bonus).
