Main Responsibilities
* Provide first-line support to users of our platform.
* Handle user inquiries and resolve issues through multiple channels (chat, email, phone, internal platforms, etc.).
* Coordinate with the operations team to troubleshoot shipment and delivery-related issues.
* Collect and organize user feedback to help improve the customer experience and platform features.
* Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of the user knowledge base and internal support documentation.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher (or currently pursuing).
* Based in Barcelona.
* Internship duration: initial 6 months, with the possibility to extend up to one year.
* Knowledge or strong interest in logistics, supply chain, customer support, and/or technical support.
* Fluency in German (C1 or native level), as you’ll be supporting our German-speaking customers.
* High level of English (spoken and written), as it’s our internal company language and also used in communication with international partners.
* Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly and professionally.

Internship Format
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 14:00 (afternoon shift also possible)
* Hybrid work model: 3–4 days in the office, remainder remote — depending on task coordination needs
