Job Description:
1. Effectively build, prioritize, and manage your own pipeline.
2. Identify opportunities and actively close deals with new potential and existing clients by analyzing market dynamics.
3. Negotiate contracts via phone, online, or in-person meetings, coordinating complex decision-making processes to overcome objections and capture new business opportunities.
4. Introduce the Shiji Product portfolio and solutions including PMS, POS, and SPA Shiji Payments.
Qualifications:
1. 3 years of experience in hospitality software sales; PMS knowledge and understanding is a must.
2. Experience with complex and dynamic sales cycles within hospitality is highly desired.
3. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task and outstanding communication skills.
4. Results-oriented, autonomous, and initiative-driven with a get-it-done attitude and hunter mentality.
5. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with strong presentation skills.
6. Deep hotel industry knowledge and a good understanding of Cloud/SaaS business and B2B dynamics.
7. Availability for national and international travel.
