Job Description: This position will lead Global Cetaphil Sector Marketing. Being responsible for designing Holistic Digital First Brand Plans, Innovations and Commercial Activations for the Cetaphil brand globally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Global product strategy, marketing and branding for key Cetaphil product ranges.
* Design and Develop integrated Global 360 activation toolboxes for key innovations, in line with brand DNA guidelines.
* Lead multi-functional global team throughout product development phases.
* Closely partner with key markets to understand and deliver on their needs.
* Identify short and long term business opportunities for key product ranges.
* Partner closely with scientific team to identify superior formulas and claims to solve consumer unmet needs.
* Partner closely with digital and advocacy team to ensure superior influence and HCP communication.
* Manage budget and timelines with strong stewardship.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong digital-first brand plan design and execution experience.
* Ability to lead in complex environment with new to the world innovations.
* Strong ability to build, define and articulate product & marketing strategy with a foundation in science and influence.
* Strong Brand Building capabilities with experience in advocacy and digital first marketing.
* Pre-launch and launch experience in global or regional roles in competitive markets.
* Ability to lead multifunctional innovation project teams and work effectively across a global matrix enterprise.
* Strong appetite for SkinCare, Beauty and Science.
* Ability to utilize data in fact-based decision-making (data, to insights, to action) and to provide solid business rationale, clear sense of structure, accountability, timelines, and urgency.
* Growth Mindset and Developed Curiosity will be key.
