We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting and Administrative Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and general ledger entries.
* Reconcile financial discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
* Assist in the preparation and filing of taxes.
* Manage and organize contracts, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
* Oversee the onboarding of new clients and the setup of platforms as per business needs.
* Provide general administrative assistance, including IT support, purchases, and other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles (1-3 years).
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work autonomously, with strong attention to detail and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Knowledge of A3 ERP (desirable).
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
