ALEIA by Paulo Airaudo is a haute cuisine project, which received its first Michelin Star in November 2022, located in the luxurious Casa Fuster Hotel in Barcelona (Spain). We are looking for a sommelier to expand our dining room team in 2025.
Responsibilities:
1. Advise clients on the selection of wines, pairings and drinks, providing a personalized and high-quality service.
2. Maintain and update the wine list, ensuring a high-quality selection that complements our menu.
3. Manage wine inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
4. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

What we expect:
1. Previous experience as a sommelier in high-end restaurants.
2. Knowledge of wines, wine regions and service techniques.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Professional attitude, impeccable presentation and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
5. Certification in sommelier or equivalent training is a plus.
