Multinational company based in Barcelona
Main Assignments:
1. Manage the internal and external Team, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure that the team is aligned with the company strategy and objectives. Build and manage the team to deliver required IT solutions.
2. Estimate the efforts, workload and costs within the area and track the budget.
3. Lead and perform the application support in the area. Responsible for managing the Support Team, assigning tasks, defining and following up KPI's and overseeing day-to-day operations (first level support).
4. Lead the regular SAP S/4HANA core maintenance tasks, release management, code version, involving both internal and external parties.
5. Actively participate in the Project implementations where the area is involved.
6. Manage expectations and day-to-day interactions with key stakeholders and sponsors.
7. Ensure delivery excellence based on defined processes and service levels.
Other Assignments:
Support other workstream leads in the delivery of strategic cross-functional programs.
