EL Product Marketing ManagerYour role and responsibilities
In this role, you will manage the ABB-Welcome door entry system and ABB-free@home® home automation product portfolio and will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies to meet business objectives in collaboration with the Home Solutions Business Developer. Each day, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between product development and market success by implementing marketing activities and supporting sales team with appropriate product knowledge and training.

This role is contributing to the Product Marketing department in the Electrification Smart Building division in Spain. Main stakeholders are installers, electric wholesalers, building promoters and architects.
You will be mainly accountable for:•Conducting extensive research to understand the target audience, market trends, and competitiveness by visiting customers regularly together with sales organization•Developing and executing marketing strategies to increase product awareness and sales, including defining and communicating product value propositions•Achieving order demand targets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing sales and promotion plans.•Analyzing sales data and gathering market feedback to evaluate product performance and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.•Providing the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively sell the product•Support product price positioning aligned with local strategy by compelling price variation analysis
You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing, collaborative team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the roleYou are immersed in working with customer centric methodologies and marketing foundations along the electrical marketAbility to demonstrate your skills in electrical/electronic project definition, on-site electrical operation or product portfolio managementYou are innovative around communication, initiative, leadership, curiosity and you have the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and collaborate having a results orientationBachelor’s degree in Electricity or Electronics, or similar. Also, valuable vocational training degree, such as FP.You are at ease communicating in fluent English
