As a Level 1 Technical Support Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for our dutch customers seeking technical assistance. You will be responsible for resolving basic technical issues and providing guidance on our products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to specific products or services.
* Provide clear and concise instructions to customers to resolve issues effectively.
* Document all customer interactions and solutions provided in our support ticketing system.
* Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support or relevant departments as necessary.
* Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and technical solutions.
* Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
WHAT WE OFFER:
* Permanent Contract.
* Salary: €1,890 gross/month (22.780 € gross/year).
* Full-Time Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00 or 08:30 to 17:30.
* Hybrid Work Model: Flexibility to work remotely after initial training.
* Training: 100% on-site training at our Barcelona offices.
* Location: Calle Sancho de Ávila, 105 - 08019 Barcelona, Spain.
* Training Schedule: From February 10 to February 14 from 08:30 to 17:30.
START DATE: February 17th 2025
