As a Salesforce Business Partner, you will act as a link between the salesforce.com department and other areas of the organization.
Your main goal will be to ensure that business needs align with the capabilities of salesforce.com, facilitating communication and collaboration between teams.
In your day-to-day role, you will be responsible for:
* Relationship Management: Maintaining and managing relationships with key salesforce.com stakeholders.
* Internal Consulting: Providing strategic support and consulting to business teams on the use and implementation of the tool.
* Requirements Analysis: Working with teams to understand their needs and translating them into functional requirements.
* Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities to improve business processes using the CRM.
* Training and Support: Providing ongoing training and support to salesforce.com users to ensure effective platform utilization.
* Monitoring and Reporting: Overseeing the tool's usage and reporting on key metrics and results to stakeholders.
What do we expect from you?
* A university degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
* At least 5 years of experience in business relationship management or similar roles.
* Solid knowledge of salesforce.com platforms and strong project management skills.
* Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
* Fluency in Spanish and English.
