Position Description
In this position you will work with ADP Marketplace Partners, Marketplace integration team, Business Development team, Sales Chanel Managers to implement and execute the defined ADP marketplace strategy within their assigned area(s) of responsibility. Be responsible of Marketplace Partners onboarding, reports on the success of each relationship and works to make improvements where necessary. Responsible for the Partner success on the onboarding on the ADP Marketplace, drive the end-to-end onboarding process and train the partner and their Team on the ADP value proposition and our products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Partners onboarding project management working closely with Partner Integration Team overseeing risk & remediations on the project plan.
• Partner Point of contact and global coordination with all ADP Marketplace internal stakeholders.
• Creates and updates strategic plan regarding Partners within their assigned area of responsibility.
• Promotes and trains partners on ADP products that are applicable to their segment Identifies, coordinates, and tracks leads through partners and works with field sales team to identify appropriate solutions.
• Create, manage, and close pipeline of partner opportunities to achieve assigned goals.
• Follow-up with Partners the referral leads received from the ADP Marketplace.
• Contributes to current year sales and overall ADP growth strategy.
• Engages partners at the senior level and helps to select and pursue opportunities with maximum potential.
• Supports existing partners within their area via shared goals and joint activities.
• Identifies materials, testimonials, collateral, ary to promote the relationship. Promotes the partnership by leveraging partner and ADP marketing channels.
• Provides support to the field DSM by following up on partner opportunities.
• Builds relationships with partners and ADP Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• 5+ years' experience in Project Management
• Experience in Partner Management
• Experience within Integration or technical projects, APIs area recommendable PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience PERFORMANCE KPIs:
• Number of Partners successfully onboarded to their launch on ADP Marketplace
• Sales revenue on Partner referrals
• Pipe of Referral leads to Partners
