We are expanding our team! We are looking for a Junior HR Specialist to join our Human Resources department.
Key responsibilities
* Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position and achieve competitive recruitment goals.
* Manage the entire recruitment cycle for various open positions, assisting managers in finding, hiring, and retaining quality candidates.
* Build and nurture relationships using a database of qualified candidates to select from when new positions open.
* Collaborate with the recruitment team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
* Stay active on job boards, social networks, and other platforms to identify quality candidates, as well as create and publish job descriptions and announcements.
Required qualifications
* University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
* English level equivalent to First Certificate (B2).
* Strong communication skills, proactivity, and autonomy.
* Knowledge of current recruitment trends and social media management.
