At Criteo, we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Account Strategist to join our team in France. As an Account Strategist, you will be responsible for proactively educating new clients on effective strategies for their businesses and developing strategic partnerships with Criteo.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively educate new clients on effective strategies for their businesses and develop strategic partnerships with Criteo.
* Leverage the Criteo Commerce Growth platform to help clients implement optimal strategies.
* Support the French Sales Team by engaging with and showcasing the right strategies for potential high-value clients.
* Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities within a large client portfolio, pitch tailored strategies, and use a consultative approach to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
* Ensure a quarterly increase in the adoption of Criteo solutions within your portfolio while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
* Consistently meet targets and deliver exceptional client experiences. Measure, track, and report on strategy performance, and continuously improve through innovation and optimization.
What You'll Need
* Proficient in French and English.
* Experience in display advertising, performance marketing, and full-funnel strategy initiatives.
* 2-5 years' experience in account management.
* Ability to communicate complex ideas into simple and concise messages.
* Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, self-driven, and able to navigate ambiguous challenges independently.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, stakeholders, and topics simultaneously, along with a keen attention to detail.
* Creative thinker with a passion for driving client results and a strong desire to continuously learn and improve.
* Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Comfortable with client calls/video meetings and adapt at pitching strategic solutions over the phone. Capable of receiving and providing actionable feedback.
* Enjoys collaborative work across multiple teams where proactivity is key. Open-minded, flexible, and positive, with a persistent curiosity about how things work and a drive to enhance processes and outcomes.
