Customer Service Assistant (Temporary Position)

MISSION:
Maximize the performance of the Group by optimizing the service delivered to the customer through quality bookings and complete monitoring. Serve the customer in all its queries and requirements; inform the customer on any shortcomings based on initial conditions (cost, delay). Update customer profiles, monitor invoices when cancelled bookings, check if change is possible and modify all bookings as per customer request in line with corporate guidelines.
FUNCTIONS:
1. Coordinate internally and/or respond to customer queries related to shipment.
2. Monitor shipment according to customer status and track and trace upon delivery.
3. Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports/dashboards to stakeholders.
4. Participate in the promotion of relevant products or services when talking to customers.
5. Contact customers and manage/coordinate system modifications when needed.
6. Give guidelines and support booking or VIP/Special desk teams on all topics (process, dispute, customer profiles, etc.) if applicable.

1. Customer knowledge.
2. Knowledge of the legal and/or regulatory frame.
3. Knowledge of commercial policy and offers.
