As our Training Manager you are responsible for all training activities of our Product Inspection Division. You manage and indirect lead the global training community including SBU stakeholder and competence centers in Malaysia and US.

* Continually enhance global training strategy of Product Inspection Division .
* Guarantee a global alignment of training content, format and delivery including harmonization and standardization of processes.
* Development of training in service and sales to enhance skills and achieve targets.
* Being the driver for service und sales competence and efficiency.
* Training Execution in different formats e.g. interactive live webinars & live streamings, video-learning content, physical hands-on/classroom training).
* Development and editing of training material.
What You Need to Succeed
* Education : Degree in Industrial Engineering, Science or Business Administration.
* Working Experiences : Several years of experiences in a similar training / project management / service / sales role of a matrix structured organization. Additionally experiences in packaging industry, automation, process technology, or special machine construction are highly desirable.
* IT skills : Fluent on Microsoft Office; Affinity for learning content software, camera and camera equipment.
* Language skills : Fluent in English. Other language skills e.g., Spanish is highly valued.
* Place of Residence : Barcelona (Spain)
