We are Applus+ Laboratories, the division of the Applus+ Group that provides testing, certification, and product development engineering services.
The Marketing Team provides transversal support to the entire division, both nationally and internationally. We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing and e-commerce Specialist to join our team on a stable basis.
Goals
1. Develop and enhance e-commerce platforms
2. Improve web positioning and digital performance
3. Increase lead generation and conversion rates
What you will do
1. Develop and manage e-commerce platforms
2. Improve the positioning of e-commerce sites and corporate websites
3. Manage SEM campaigns, chatbot, and SEO strategies
4. Oversee and enhance CRM systems and lead management processes
5. Suggest and implement web and digital performance improvements
6. Create and manage automation flows and email marketing campaigns
7. Coordinate web development projects with IT
8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis
9. Produce and analyse marketing KPI dashboards and performance reports
10. Engage with internal teams to optimise digital content publication
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration or a related field
2. At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce development
3. Experience with digital marketing automation software
4. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools
5. Proficiency in PPC campaign management across platforms like Google and LinkedIn
6. Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
7. Familiarity with web development processes and project management
8. Ability to create and manage automation flows and email marketing campaigns
9. Ability to produce and interpret marketing KPI dashboards and performance reports
10. Team player with strong motivation skills
