HR Generalist
Important international group in the chemical sector needs to incorporate in its offices in the Valles oriental a HR GENERALIST.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Iberia HR Manager, your main responsibilities for the country will be :
· Supporting HR Manager on HR Administration :
o Ensuring Time and Attendance management: calendar, extract accurate data’s for the Global payroll... (Woffu tool)
o Supporting management and update of Equality and LGBTQ+ plans or all other disposals
o Supporting or managing HR processes like on-boarding / appraisal / development...
o It is your responsibility, together with the HR Shared Services team to work on the consistent development and application of our local legal requirement and group policies & procedures across the Country
· Providing managers and employees with up-to-date guidance and support on all people related issues. A number one priority is the coaching and guidance of our managers. You will support employees on performance issues, sickness, HR related topics and provide daily support and training when needed.
· Supporting HR Manager and managers to conduct the recruitment process for all Blue collar approved vacancies, including job posting, screening of CV’s, preparing and conducting competency-based interviews and assisting the hiring manager to select the relevant candidate.
· Working closely with the HR Manager and local site management to drive programs & actions with the teams to improve relations & engagement scores.
· You will be responsible to execute on various local and regional HR project deliverables, as part of our continuous improvement plans
Other tasks and responsibilities:
· Develop, prepare and present KPI’s and statistical analysis of HR information monthly.
· Provide a proactive, customer focused HR service.
· Ensure all Code of Conduct requirements are met, setting an example of this for the business.
Required Experience
· Bachelor level preferred, preferably in Human Resources Management.
· Approximately 2-3 years of proven HR work experience.
· Experience of working in an international matrixed organization
· Ability to deliver quality in a fast-paced environment.
· Fluency in both Spanish and English languages, ideally knowledge on French language
