What you can expect
As a Business Analyst in the Department of Climate and Environmental Protection, you will be responsible for identifying and optimizing internal business processes and leveraging digitization potential in coordination and cooperation with the specialist departments, focusing on business process and requirements management. This may involve the following tasks:
* Survey, record, document, and model tool-based actual processes.
* Plan and support process analysis, design, and develop business processes.
* Analyze digitalization potential, recommend solutions, and determine technical requirements based on processes.
* Create specialist concepts that bridge the gap between the specialist department and the central IT service provider.
* Support the introduction of new software applications and processes.

Minimum Requirements
You have a successfully completed university degree in computer science, administrative informatics, or business informatics, or a degree with outstanding specialist knowledge and at least 3 years of practical experience in requirements management and accompanying organizational changes. In particular, you bring with you:
* Specialist knowledge in the elicitation, modeling, and orchestration of technical requirements.
* Experience in test management.
* A confident command of the German language at language level C1 (CEFR).
* Result and goal orientation, particularly analytical thinking and technical problem-solving skills.
* Communication skills, including mastery of presentation techniques and the ability to present complex contexts clearly.
